Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CrayonaHub order. Because most of our products are made to order (print-on-demand) or digital, our return terms differ from a typical stocked retailer. Please read carefully.

Physical, Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order items are printed specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund for buyer’s remorse (for example, ordering the wrong item or changing your mind).

However, we stand behind our quality. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.

How to Report a Problem

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
3. Please inspect your order on arrival and reach out promptly so we can make it right.

If a replacement or refund is approved, we’ll arrange it — you generally will not need to ship the item back unless we specifically request it.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded. If you have trouble accessing your file, contact us and we’ll help.

Non-Returnable Items

Except where required by law, the following cannot be returned or refunded: made-to-order/custom items (unless defective), digital downloads, sale/clearance items, and gift cards.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at [email protected].

Order Cancellations

Because items go into production quickly, send cancellation requests to [email protected] as soon as possible after ordering. Once an item has entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.
