1. Online Store Terms

1. Our products include made-to-order (print-on-demand) physical items and digital downloads.
2. We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen’s display will be accurate.
3. Physical products are printed after you order. Digital products are delivered electronically after payment.
4. All products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, or that involve suspected fraud.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including coloring pages, illustrations, artwork, designs, graphics, logos, text, and the CrayonaHub name and brand — is owned by or licensed to CRAYONAHUB LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property and trademark laws. Our product designs may be created using a combination of original design work and AI-assisted tools.

Personal-use license (digital & printable products): When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal, non-commercial use only (for example, printing at home for yourself or your family). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use our products, artwork, or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User Comments & Submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, ideas, or other submissions, you grant us the right to use, edit, publish, and distribute them without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for your submissions and agree they will not violate any third-party rights or contain unlawful or malicious material.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may include links or tools from third parties that we do not control. We provide them “as is,” without warranties, and are not liable for your use of them. Review third parties’ own terms and policies.
