At CrayonaHub, most items are made to order and printed just for you. Below is how shipping works for orders within the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Order Types

1. Physical items (made-to-order / print-on-demand): produced after you order, then shipped through our print partner, Printify.
2. Digital downloads: delivered electronically — no physical shipping.

Processing Time

Physical, made-to-order items require 3–5 business days for production before they ship. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery

1. Orders are fulfilled through our print partner (Printify) and shipped via USPS and other carriers.
2. After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
3. Delivery times may vary by location and time of year.
4. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered instantly (or by email link) after your payment is confirmed. No shipping charges apply to digital-only orders.
